Refund policy
1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty
Our products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of delivery. This warranty applies exclusively to manufacturing defects that objectively affect the quality or performance of the product.
Our gear is designed to perform in demanding environments. Natural wear from extended use, terrain marks, gradual fading of finishes, or any deterioration resulting from normal outdoor use are not considered manufacturing defects and are therefore not covered under this warranty. Such wear is expected from outdoor equipment that is used as intended.
What does this warranty cover?
Occasional and unforeseen defects resulting from the manufacturing process, including:
- Stitching that fails without external cause
- Zippers that are defective from the factory
- Materials with structural defects under normal use
What is not covered?
- Wear and tear from regular use or extreme conditions
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or modifications
- Natural cosmetic deterioration (fading, scuffs, loss of water resistance through use)
- Damage caused by external factors unrelated to the product
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Please contact us within the 1-year warranty period at soriatactical@gmail.com, preferably via WhatsApp.
Your request must include:
- A description of the issue
- Photos or a video clearly showing the defect
- Proof of purchase
If your claim is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping Damage
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately and provide photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.
To qualify, the item must be unused, with its original tags attached, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Exceptions — Non-Returnable Items
Military Surplus & Community Items
Part of our catalog includes products acquired from military surplus stores or submitted by members of our community for resale. These items include exclusive military equipment that, by its nature, is often only obtainable during active service and is not generally available through conventional retail channels—such as the Austrian KAZ-03 boots, among others.
These products are, by definition, second-hand items. They may show signs of previous use, service markings, or wear consistent with their history. The exact condition of each item is clearly described on its individual product page before purchase.
The warranty and return policy do not apply to these items.
By purchasing a military surplus or community item, the customer acknowledges and accepts the condition described in the product listing. If you have any questions about the condition of a specific item before purchasing, please contact us and we will provide all available information.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once the return has been approved, simply place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once your returned item has been inspected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the funds, please contact us at soriatactical@gmail.com.
